Guilford’s Tunsgate Quarter development has signed three new lettings spanning a total of 11,450sq ft.
Tunsgate developer Queensberry confirmed that lifestyle brand The White Company has secured a 5000sq ft 10-year lease in the quarter.
The retailer will move out of its previous Guilford property into the new letting, doubling its floor space.
Alongside this, furniture retailer Loaf has signed a 10-year lease on a 5800sq ft space while cosmetics retailer Bobbi Brown will also occupy a new 650sq ft property.
“Following the signing of The Ivy and OKA, these three additional brands further demonstrate the quality of the line-up we’re creating for Tunsgate Quarter,” Queensberry’s senior leasing manager Chris Daly said.
“We have agreed terms with a number of other premium operators that will be announced shortly.”
The new development, spanning 80,000sq ft overall, is anchored by luxury furniture brand OKA.
