TK Maxx is moving into a brand new, 22,800sq ft store at Frenchgate Shopping Centre as part of its multi-million pound refurbishment scheme.

The discount retailer‘s new store is the latest phase in an approximately £7 million renovation of the Doncaster centre, constituting over 100,000sq ft and approximately £4 million of investment from retailers in in-store fit outs.

As a result of the refurbishment scheme so far, Frenchgate has seen 20 new store and refits including Topshop and JD Sports, who upsized to an 8500sq ft store that is almost three times its original unit.

This is in addition to the new H&M fit out taking place this year, Yours signing a 10-year lease extension and refit, and the recent signing of a brand new 3500sq ft store for New Look Men.

TK Maxx opened its first European store in Bristol in 1994 and now has over 350 stores across the UK and Ireland.
