The Fragrance Shop has appointed the former JD Sports executive chair Peter Cowgill as its first non-executive chairman.
Cowgill will take up the role immediately working closely with CEO Sanjay Vadera and his leadership team as The Fragrance Shop steps up its growth plans.
The appointment of its first non-executive chairman comes after the fragrance retailer recorded increased annual sales and profits.
