The British Retail Consortium (BRC) have released a new film in conjunction with ITN Productions exploring the “huge changes” happening in the retail industry.
“The Changing Face of Retail” premiered earlier this week at the BRC‘s Retail 2020 event and was released online yesterday.
Presented by national newsreader Natasha Kaplinsky the current affairs programme features interviews with leading retail figureheads, discussing topics leading on from the BRC‘s Retail 2020 report, which predicts less but better jobs in the industry over the next decade
