£100m Regent Street retail development planned

A £100 million retail redevelopment project has been announced on London’s iconic Regent Street.

As part of The Crown Estate’s £1 billion redevelopment scheme in London’s West End, Morley House will now be converted into an 11,000sq ft retail space, alongside 44 residential units.

Located on 314-322 Regent Street, one of the city’s busiest shopping destinations, the project is expected to reach completion in the summer of 2020

“Ongoing investments such as Morley House are an important part of our long-term commitment to London’s West End and support our vision to refocus the area north of Oxford Circus around high-quality lifestyle and leisure, complementing the fashion-led offer on the rest of Regent Street,” The Crown Estate’ head of the Regent Street portfolio Bob Dawson said.
