Luxury department store Liberty of London has appointed Rob Unsworth to the role of chief financial officer.
Unsworth has more than 20 years of experience in the retail sector, with his most recent role being finance director at Debenhams.

His appointment comes just over a month after Adil Mehboob-Khan was named as the retailer’s new chief executive officer.
“With Rob’s appointment, we further strengthen the management team with a high-profile expert from retail and finance,” Mehboob-Khan said.
“His hands-on approach, team-building skills and financial acumen will help support the company in achieving its full potential.”
Unsworth said: “With a strong foundation of its historically significant central London flagship store and a brand that is treasured by both its customers and colleagues, there is significant potential to grow the Liberty London retail, fabric and wholesale businesses worldwide.”
