Calling all Harry Potter fans: Poundland is now selling invisibility cloaks although you may want to hurry because they seem to be, er, disappearing quite fast.
The discount retailer has stocked its shelves with the cloaks as part of its Halloween range, paying tribute to the infamous cloak which featured JK Rowling’s Harry Potter series.
Many shoppers took to social media to praise the Poundland marketing team, while others showed excitement.
Mum- “They are selling invisibility cloaks in Poundland you know Marnie”
Me- “Can you get me one for Christmas”
Mum- “Yeah it’s just a coat hanger tho”
I’m absolutely fuming I fell for it Nel😭😂

Poundland trading director Tim Bettley joked that the item should have featured in stores last Halloween but his team had trouble locating the stock.
“We intended to trial this item last year, but couldn’t find it in the distribution centre,” he said.
“But now we’ve found it, we think our customers will see the value, if not the cloak.”
Hope they ask if you want to keep the hanger before they put it in the bag.
