Poundland has started to roll out proper Pep&Co shop-in-shops that take up a significant amount of store space, rather than just a small edit of the label’s range.
Pep&Co, which has a market value of £120 million, has already been rolled out to over 300 Poundland and Dealz stores across the UK and Ireland over the last 18 months.

Prices start at £1 while 95 per cent of the range is under £10.
“We’re determined to become the retailer our customers are asking us to be,” Poundland trading director Tim Bettley said.
“Pep&Co, our fast-growing family fashion brand is a major part of that reinvention and this new pilot of a compact shop-in-shop will bring the best of our clothing ranges to our smaller stores.”
The new Pep&Co shop-in-shops will launch in Poundland’s Christchurch, Minehead, Margate, Swansea and Newport stores.
Poundland is now looking to bring the initiative to more locations across the UK.
The news comes just four days after Poundland launched its first-ever frozen and chilled shop-in-shop in Ashbourne.
