Poundland has doubled the size of its online delivery trial by adding new postcodes in the Midlands and Yorkshire to the service.
The expansion means more than seven million Brits now have access to the discount retailer’s online delivery service.
Nottingham, Leicester, Coventry, Telford, and Sheffield are among the new areas added to the trial.

Before the expansion, the online service was only being trialled in Birmingham, Walsall, Stoke-on-Trent, Derby, Wolverhampton and Dudley.
Poundland has also grown the range of products available for online delivery to more than 3000 items.
The pricing system online will mirror the prices found in Poundland’s 850 UK stores, with a fixed delivery fee of £4.
However, as part of the online trial Poundland launched an online-only category featuring exclusive items not available in stores, such as Yankee Candles and Slimfast bars.
The retailer launched its online delivery trial in May, basing it out of its fulfilment centre in Cannock, Staffordshire.
It also partnered with Hermes to provide logistics services.
“After a positive response to our initial pilot, we opened the trial to more areas in the Midlands and now we’re making another move which will take us across a big part of the Midlands and into Yorkshire,” Poundland retail and transformation director Austin Cooke said.
