Landsec signs five new deals with Trinity shopping centre

// Landsec lets 5 retail and lifestyle retailers at Trinity shopping centre in Leeds
// The property firm said the mix of new brands “brings great choice to Trinity”

Landsec has let five units to retail and lifestyle retailers at Trinity shopping centre in Leeds.

The existing Nespresso store will relocate from its Leeds store to a 1300sq ft unit at Trinity in the new year.

Resale fashion retailer Relic x Hooked has let a 2500sq ft unit to showcase its vintage sportswear and streetwear.

Meanwhile, Space NK has let a 1700sq ft store in the centre, doubling the size of its previous Leeds unit.

Levi’s also relocated from its previous site in Leeds city centre, signing for a 2500sq ft store.

“Retail that provides a unique experience is essential for today’s consumer,” Landsec head of retail brand account management, Nik Porter said.

“This mix of new and best-loved brands bring great choice to Trinity that can’t be found elsewhere in the region, helping to create a place for retailers to succeed and to keep guests coming back.”
