Lidl has been accused of breaching the Groceries Supply Code of Practice by a former supplier and is now facing a £2.6 million court claim.

Fresh food supplier Proctor & Associates is taking the supermarket to court over claims that it lost millions of pounds and ceased trading after 57 product lines were delisted with no notice.
