JD Sports launched its largest store in Scotland today (9 July), based at The Centre, Livingstone.
The sportswear retailer, which has over 350 stores across the UK, relocated in the shopping centre due to customer demand.
The store opened with a celebratory launch, which will include a spin the wheel competition running from 10 July until 12th July, goody bags and a DJ.
The Centre, Livingstone, centre director Patrick Robbertze said: “The new larger JD Sports store looks fantastic and really enhances our overall offering at The Centre, Livingston – we are very confident it will be a big hit with our shoppers!”
The launch comes after JD Sports recently axed the last two physical stores of its Hip brand, as it continued to sharpen its focus on bigger and more profitable locations.
The decision removed Hip from bricks-and-mortar retail, although the brand is continuing to trade online through its website.
