Moss has reopened its refurbished Jermyn Street flagship in London, as part of a wider investment in its store estate.
It has transformed its original store at 103-105 Jermyn Street into a 2,277 sq ft retail space, following a temporary relocation while refurbishment work took place.
The redesigned flagship features a more spacious interior and an upgraded Custom Made tailoring service, offering customers personalised fittings and styling advice alongside its ready-to-wear collections.
The refurbishment took place as part of Moss’ wider strategy to modernise its stores and strengthen its position in the menswear market.
Moss head of creative Robbi Hicks told TheIndustry.fashion: “When we took the store over originally, we kept most of its original shopfit.”
He added that introducing the brand’s own design features had helped create “something really special”.
The reopening coincides with the second phase of Moss’ autumn/winter 2026 In Good Company campaign, which focuses on versatile tailoring and contemporary menswear.
Moss has also confirmed plans to reopen a further three refurbished stores before the end of the year as it continues to upgrade its physical retail estate.
The Jermyn Street investment came after the reopening of its Oxford Street West flagship in 2025 and the refurbishment and relocation of its Leeds store earlier this year.
Moss has been repositioning itself beyond its traditional formalwear and suit-hire offering, expanding into contemporary casualwear and personalised tailoring services.
