// Shipping to Scotland and Northern Ireland is now free after previously being surcharged areas
Wayfair has announced it is now offering free delivery across the whole of the UK on all orders over £40.
The online home and furniture retailer said it was expanding its free shipping network to previously surcharged areas in Scotland and Northern Ireland.
“We are thrilled to announce that we have expanded our free UK delivery network to our customers in all of Scotland and Northern Ireland,” Wayfair’s Europe boss Martin Reiter said.
“Over the past three years our European brand awareness and footprint has grown tremendously, allowing us to scale our fast and seamless delivery of furnishings and decor to offer a best in class shopping experience for home.
“Starting now we are pleased to offer free UK delivery on all orders over £40 – from a small parcel decor order to a large parcel furniture set – at no extra charge to our customers regardless of where they live.”
Wayfair will charges £4.99 for delivery of all other orders under £40.

I’ve just made an order to Fife and being charged over £7 for postage and my order is £54…no free delivery
Hi I live in northern Ireland and am trying to buy a table and 6 chairs and it says that you can’t deliver to my postcode but it web site says you do can you help me please
Confused…why are you clearly advertising free delivery to northern Ireland when it simply isn’t the case…I’m very interested in what you have to say!!
