Topshop and Topman’s buying director Emma Fox and merchandising director Helen Wilson are reportedly stepping down from the business later this year.
Fox first joined the retailer as a buying admin assistant in 1996, before she left to join Asos in 2011. She returned to Arcadia in 2015 as buying director.
Wilson was merchandise director of Arcadia Group-owned Wallis between October 2009 until the end of 2012 before Wilson joining Topshop as merchandising director in November 2012.

Meanwhile, the retailer’s senior buyer Cath Taylor and head of buying Jo Gunner have been promoted to buying directors covering separate and specific product areas, Drapers reported.
Gunner joined the retailer as a buyer’s admin assistant in July 2000 and Taylor joined as assistant buyer in 2003.
Wilson is serving her notice and will be leaving the business later this year.
In December, Topshop parent company Arcadia Group revealed that it would be able to keep its Topshop and Topman flagship on London’s Oxford Circus after completing a refinancing of its mortgage.
The Sir Philip Green-owned firm confirmed that it struck a deal to keep the store open through a £310 million remortgage with Apollo Global Management, an American private equity firm.
During the same month, Retail Gazette revealed that Paul Price resigned from his post as chief executive of Topshop and Topman.
A spokesman from Arcadia told Retail Gazette that Price’s reason for resigning was because he wanted to relocate back to the US.
