A new home for more than 60 international fashion labels has been unveiled at Selfridges‘ world-famous Oxford St flagship store in London.

The first phase of the Designer Studio takes up 20,000 sq ft of space on the third floor and is part of the retailer‘s £300 million regeneration project.

The Designer Studio is next to the recently opened Body Studio, Denim Studio and Contemporary Studio, and is home to 60 international labels, 22 new labels and five shop-in-shops and aims to connect fashion, contemporary art, music and culture with a range of concept spaces.

A space called &Co-Lab features collaborations with young UK or international labels, and there is also an art gallery and a book shop which sells a mix of photography, fashion and arts books, magazines, annuals and collectable editions.
The Design Studio is now open.
