JD Sports has announced it would open a second store to the west of London‘s Oxford Circus, giving the brand two outlets on both halves of Oxford Street.
The sportswear retailer agreed a 10-year lease for the 23,000 sq ft property on 375-381 Oxford St, which is above Bond Street tube station and sits within West One Shopping Centre.
JD will pay an annual rent of £3.1 million.
Its original store, located at east of Cxford Circus on 201-203 Oxford St, is much bigger at 34,500 sq ft.
