Online retailer Not On The High Street has recruited Ella d‘Amato as its new chief commercial and partner officer.
Joining the business this week, d‘Amato is responsible for the entire Notonthehighstreet.com product and category offer and the relationship with its community of partners.
She will also drive the ecommerce retailer‘s commercial offers and partnerships, and work closely with customer director Hannah Webley-Smith to build on the brand‘s personality and with chief technology officer Hugh Fahy to capitalise on the website‘s technology.
D‘Amato joins Not On The High Street from content agency Drum, where she held roles as chief executive and managing director for five years, growing business from a team of 12 to a team of 70.
She also served on the board of parent company Omnicom Media Group, and prior to that, she was the new business and marketing director at global media agency OMD UK.
“Coming from a family of entrepreneurs I have always had a passion for helping small businesses to grow,” d‘Amato said.
“As a Notonthehighstreet.com customer too, I feel incredibly proud to be joining such a fantastic business that champions entrepreneurship, technology and the value that the creative industries bring to the UK.
“I look forward to working with the team and the partners to expand Notonthehighstreet.com‘s unique product offer and further grow its commercial reach.”
