Lidl has released the latest advert in their Lidl Surprises campaign which aims to tackle misconceptions about the quality and origin of its produce.

In preparation for Mother‘s Day this weekend and Easter, the latest advert focuses on Lidl‘s 95p daffodils and invites doubtful tweeter Samantha to visit Mark‘s daffodil farm.

Part of Lidl‘s “Big on Quality, Lidl on Price” marketing campaign, the new advert sees Samantha be introduced to Mark‘s farm and his processes of picking flowers.

Alongside the main advert, which premiered on national television last night, Lidl have released two videos containing advice on how to keep the flowers fresh and how to know when they‘ll bloom.

Other adverts in the series include a tour around a Scottish beef farm, as well as a Scottish mussel farm and a look around a “curly kale” farm with James the “Veg Doctor”.
