Dixons Carphone has announced the roll out of Team Knowhow, its new expert services brand that will soon be available in more than a thousand Currys PC World and Carphone Warehouse stores across the UK.
Team Knowhow — which merges and builds on Dixons’ Geek Squad and Knowhow teams — is a network of 7000 tech experts who will help install, support, upgrade or fix customers’ kit throughout the lifecycle of a product, regardless of where or when the item was purchased.
Team Knowhow‘s tech advice line will also be made available around the clock, and its services will all located within a 20-minute drive of any customer.

Dixons believes Team Knowhow will become the largest central repair centre in Europe once rolled out, with presence in 1000 Currys PC World and Carphone Warehouse stores, four contact centres, 16 customer service centres, plus 700 branded vehicles offering in-home services.
“Team Knowhow is aiming to be the UK‘s number one technology support service,” Dixons Carphone services boss Feilim Mackle said.
