It was predicted that 20% of shoppers planned to buy Christmas gifts during the Black Friday sales. Now that Black Friday is over for another year, and with Christmas shopping in full swing, it’s time to start thinking about how to re-engage with gift shoppers into the new year and beyond.
While many gift shoppers will fall into a category known as ‘one-time shoppers’, meaning they have no intention to visit your website again, this doesn’t always have to be the case.
