The former Karen Millen and Coast customer and digital director, Martin Francis has joined online shoe retailer FitFlop as digital general manager.

Francis was customer and digital director at Karen Millen and Coast from March until September this year.

He was also held various leadership roles within Arcadia Group, House of Fraser, Woolovers, and most recently, he was the interim managing director of The Watch Hut at Watches of Switzerland.

In October, all Karen Millen and Coast stores and concessions shut down.

Fast fashion retailer Boohoo, which acquired Karen Millen and Coast’s online business and IP rights as part of an £18.2 million pre-pack administration deal in early August, relaunched Karen Millen and Coast as online-only retailers on October 1.
