- We like to shop from the comfort of our own home, probably now more than ever. 87% of customers in the UK prefer to do their shopping from their couches.
- The number one reason not to buy a product? Expensive shipping costs. Globally 22% of shoppers expect the ability to click and collect from brands and retailers.
- 46% of UK consumers will start their online holiday shopping on Amazon.
