Pets at Home has appointed former Google executive Rachel Mooney as chief people officer.

Mooney held senior roles at Google and Vodafone and was chief people officer at Monzo and Snow Software.

She is recognised for developing talent acquisition strategies, upskilling leadership, and shaping organisational effectiveness.
