M&S regional manager Pete Dobson said: “We’re really excited to announce the relocation of our M&S store into the heart of the city in Liverpool ONE.

“The new store will offer the very best of M&S in a prime location in the city centre.

“Customers will be able to shop across a wide range of M&S products in our new Foodhall and Clothing & Home departments, in a fresh, modern store with fully integrated digital technology to support customers however they want to shop.

The relocation is part of the retail giant’s strategy to create a store estate fit for the future.

As part of the move, it is installing 900 electric vehicle charging points to 70 stores.
