Kick Game is expanding internationally and has opened its first European store outside of the UK in Milan.

Located just five minutes away from the city’s iconic Duomo di Milano, the 2,600 sq. ft space will mark a new era for the footwear retailer.

With stores in London, Newcastle and Birmingham, Kick Game has rapidly bolstered its presence within Britain’s streetwear and sneaker scene seeing its sales volumes explode since the onset of the pandemic.

Chief executive Alicia Thompson said: “Milan is home to some of the world’s most iconic fashion houses and we are thrilled to be a part of that fabric,”

“The arrival of Kick Game in Milan sets us up to open more fresh stores as we expand our horizons further into Europe this year. Luxury streetwear continues to gain momentum across the globe and we are eager to increase visibility.”

Co-founder Robert Franks: “We have waited for the right time to launch our brand in Europe and now is the perfect moment for us. We’ve been building for this and have lined up some incredible talent and partners, like Fredo, to light up our store and the city.

“Watch this space for some incredible content and of course, we’ll be stocking the latest drops and rarest pieces for people to see in our store.”

Back in November the business opened its largest store to date in Newcastle, housing exclusive sneaker and streetwear collections from renowned big-name brands including Nike, Supreme and Off-White.
