Last week, it was revealed the retailer’s chief technology officer Ed Alford will step down from his role after two years.

The recent departures are part of the 70 redundancies New Look has made at its head office.

The retailer said the recent lay-offs were part of a wider move to adapt to its changing business model as well as to better reflect and support the growth of its omnichannel business.
