Rituals UK and Ireland managing director Penny Grivea will step down from her role after nine years.
Grivea, who joined in March 2015, will leave the beauty retailer at the end of next month, Retail Week reported.
During her tenure, she was responsible for Rituals’ rapid store expansion as well as boosting its brand credentials and partners.
Grivea will be replaced by Victoria’s Secret UK and Ireland MD Annemarie Forsyth as of November 6.

Grivea informed staff of her departure in an email: “I have been working with this fabulous brand for nine years now and the time has come for me to hand over to a new leader.
“It has been a fascinating journey with many ups and downs – mostly ups. I started with nine stores and a very challenging business.
“We will have 80 by the end of the year and a portfolio of great partners that have helped us widen our distribution and increase our brand awareness.
“I couldn’t be prouder of our joint efforts and achievements, for which I am very grateful to you and your teams.”
