White Stuff launches first-ever loyalty programme

EcommerceFashionIn-StoreNews

White Stuff has launched its first customer loyalty programme, Good Stuff, offering members personalised rewards, styling advice, VIP events and regular in-store perks.

The British lifestyle retailer said the new scheme has been designed to build on its existing community proposition, giving customers access to offers and experiences beyond traditional discounts.

Members will receive personalised offers based on what they like to wear, birthday treats, and invitations to VIP events featuring discounts and complimentary bubbly.

The programme also includes free styling advice sessions with experts, entry into competitions to win prizes including holidays and surfing trips, and free flower seeds available to collect in store each month.

Customers will also be given the chance to “win your shopping” through a spinning wheel mechanic, offering money back every time they shop.

White Stuff managing director Tracey Verghese said: “Good Stuff is the natural evolution of our community offer, shaped into something more customers can access and enjoy.

“Not just with the usual discounts, but with things people actually get excited about and feel more personalised to them.

“Whether that’s the chance to win your shopping every time you buy, bookable styling sessions, free flower seeds every month, dog ‘pawtraits’ at our Kingston store, it’s about creating moments that feel fun and worth being part of.

“This is just the beginning though. We will keep listening to our community and building Good Stuff into something that genuinely reflects what they want from it.”

To mark the launch, White Stuff will run “Good Stuff Week” from 11 to 17 May, giving customers the chance to win daily prizes.

The loyalty launch comes as White Stuff continues to expand its UK store estate under TFG London, the owner of Hobbs, Whistles and Phase Eight, which acquired the brand in October 2024.

In December 2025, the retailer opened a 1,302 sq ft store at Birmingham Grand Central Station, marking its 119th UK store.

The opening formed part of White Stuff’s ongoing UK expansion strategy, with the retailer having already opened eight new stores in 2025 and further locations planned across city centres, shopping malls and retail parks.
