Meanwhile established brands in the centre, including House of Fraser, All Saints, Hollister and Hugo Boss have all planned refurbishments in the coming months.

“Our strategy is to ensure Meadowhall‘s offer reflects consumers‘ changing modern lifestyles,” Richard Crowther of joint owner British Land said.

“Attracting these premium brands to the line-up achieves this objective and is a great endorsement of the enhanced environment we and our occupiers are creating at the centre.”

The lettings and reformats are planned for completion to coincide with the £60 million refurbishment programme that is set for completion by the end of 2017.
