The sale comes as House of Fraser is set to be transformed by Ministry of Sound into flexible offices, a gym, and rooftop bar-restaurant.

The nightclub owner, which first launched a members’ club with flexible workspace and a gym in 2018 near its original south London venue, is expected to open its second site at Westfield shopping centre in Shepherd’s Bush in 2024.

The House of Fraser sale appears to be extended to the entirety of the store’s stock as the video features a range of clothing items from jogging bottoms and dressing gowns, to t-shirts, tops and trousers.

Westfield London had been looking for a partner to convert the space since 2020 when it applied for planning permission for the changes.

The chair of the Ministry of Sound Group, Lohan Presencer said the new venue will include gyms which could host “fitness raves”, hot desks, offices and an event space for parties, product launches and conferences.
