Carhartt latest to announce King’s Cross opening

Streetwear fashion retailer Carhartt Work in Progress (WIP) has become the latest retailer to announce plans for a new store in London’s King‘s Cross.

The 2500sq ft space will mark Carhartt‘s fifth standalone store, and will open its doors on Kings Boulevard in September.

Designed by Faye Toogood, the store will see Nike and Jigsaw among its neighbors, after the former announced plans to open a store in Three St Pancras Square last week.

This comes ahead of the opening of new shopping development Coal Drops Yard in the area, which will see 100,000sq ft of retail space thought to total 65 stores open for business next year.
