Jigsaw to open new Kings Cross store

Luxury fashion retailer Jigsaw has announced plans to open a new store in London‘s iconic shopping destination Kings Cross.

The new 2500sq ft shop is set to open later this year and will count Nike among its neighbors on King‘s Boulevard. This also follows the announcement that 18montrose will open a new store in the area.

This will be the retailers 87th UK store and aims to target the fashion-conscious students and workers that frequent the area, alongside the 17 million people estimated to be using King‘s Boulevard by 2021.

“King‘s Cross is one of the most exciting developments I have witnessed in London,” Jigsaw‘s chief executive Peter Ruis said.

“A wonderful hybrid of creativity, commerce, travel and education, fused into the ultimate residential location and Jigsaw had to be a part of it.”

The store has been designed by Checkland Kindletsides, and seeks to emulate a gallery with the use of extra-high space.
