JD Sports‘ 2nd Oxford Street store to open before Xmas

JD Sports has confirmed its second store along London‘s Oxford Street will open on December 10, just in time for Christmas.

The 16,000sq ft store will open at the West One shopping centre, which is located above the Bond Street tube station.

The news comes after the retailer first made the announcement in August that it had taken a space along 375-381 Oxford Street for a new store, which is expected to create around 125 jobs.

JD Sports also re-opened its refurbished shop at Westfield London this week, which created 10 new jobs, a new mezzanine floor and additional tills.
