GAME opts for external customer support

Game will be offering a 24-hour customer service hotline by moving its current service to an external partner.

The entertainment specialist currently houses its customer service department at its Basingstoke HQ, though this line does not operate after 8PM on weekdays and 5PM on Sunday. With its new partner, located in Birkenhead, Game will be able to provide customer service around the clock.

“We can confirm that after careful consideration we have decided to transfer our Customer Services function to an external partner that specialises in retail contact centres,” GAME said in a press statement.

“The decision is part of GAME‘s ongoing commitment to deliver a leading omni-channel shopping experience and the highest levels of customer service, which includes the ability to receive advice and help within 24 hours, 7 days a week.

Our chosen partner is a recognised leader in its industry, and this partnership will allow us to provide the very best levels of support for our customers in the future.”
