Harvey Nichols has hired David Aquilina to be its new head of menswear.

Effective immediately, Aquilina will replace Darren Skey, who left the luxury department store chain after eight years to explore “new opportunities”.#

Aquilina was previously the buying manager at Kurt Geiger and international buyer for Hong Kong luxury department store Lane Crawford.

At Harvey Nichols, Aquilina will report to group fashion director Anita Barr and will be responsible for the menswear in all eight branches of the department store in the UK and Ireland.
