Ahead of the release of Disney-Pixar’s The Incredibles 2, sportswear retailer and brand Asics has partnered with the iconic studio to launch a new “movement” campaign.

This will include limited edition products and in-store activations throughout Asics’ UK estate, alongside a series of “super work out” videos.

The cross-media campaign, which will run throughout the summer, have been designed to encourage families to get active and represents an amalgamation of Asics “I Move Me” campaign and Disney’s “Healthy Living” commitment.

It will also release five limited-edition running shoes, each inspired by a character from the upcoming movie, which will incorporate design features like the iconic hero mask and collectors’ edition boxes.

“We are delighted to announce this exciting partnership with Disney·Pixar and Incredibles 2,” Asics integrated marketing communications director Robin Karakash said.

“Around the world rates of physical activity are dropping, especially amongst children, so our mission at Asics is to get generations of families moving more and we are certain that we’ll be able to inspire thousands to move and enjoy the power of exercise.”
