Primark has revealed further details about its soon-to-be-opened Birmingham superstore, with Disney poised to open a cafe within the shop.

The cafe will be the entertainment giant’s first outside of its resorts and cruise ships.

Primark’s new Birmingham store is due to open April 11.

With a footprint of 161,000sq ft and five storeys, it will be the value fashion retailer’s biggest store in its global portfolio.

Earlier this month, it revealed that the new superstore will feature a beauty studio and dining experiences.

The Disney cafe is one of the three eateries to open within the Birmingham branch, which is built on the Pavilions site that the retailer acquired for £60 million in 2014.

It’s not the first time Primark embarked on partnership with Disney, having recently launched a collection featuring Alice in Wonderland and Dumbo characters.
