// Her career includes stints in director positions with Michael Kors, Superdry and Forever 21
Fashion retailer Phase Eight has appointed Gail Finnegan to take on the role of global retail director.
Prior to joining the TFG-owned fashion chain, Finnegan was Michael Kors EMEA retail director for three years from May 2016.
Prior to that, she was Superdry’s head of international retail from 2014 to 2016 and Forever 21’s head of retail and store operations Europe from 2010 to 2014.
“I am delighted Gail has joined us at this exciting time, just as we are starting to work on the transformation programme for our store portfolio,” Phase Eight managing director Simon Pickering said.
“Gail has an outstanding reputation within the industry and brings a wealth of knowledge from international fashion brands.
“I look forward to working with Gail on creating an exceptional brand experience for our customers.”
TFG – or The Foschini Group – is also the parent company of high street retailers Hobbs and Whistles.
