N Brown appoints former Hobbs CEO Meg Lustman to board

// N Brown Group appoints former Hobbs chief executive Meg Lustman as a non-executive director with immediate effect
// She will take over chairing the group’s remuneration committee when Gill Barr steps down from the board following the group’s AGM in July

N Brown Group, the owner of JD Williams, Simply Be and Jacamo, has appointed former Hobbs chief executive Meg Lustman as a non-executive director, with immediate effect.

Lustman, has over 35 years of experience in the retail industry, latterly as CEO of Hobbs.

Prior to that, she held senior roles at John Lewis, Warehouse and Aurora Fashions/Mosaic Fashions.

She also currently supports CEOs and senior leaders in an advisory capacity, serves as vice chair of the Court and Remuneration Committee, chair at Glasgow Caledonian University, and chair of St Luke’s Hospice (Harrow and Brent).
