N Brown Group chief financial officer Rachel Izzard is set to step down from her role.
Izzard is departing to take up a career opportunity outside of the online fashion industry.
N Brown owns JD Williams, Simply Be and Jacamo, and employs over 1,800 people across the UK.

The process to identify Izzard’s successor is underway.
She has agreed to work her 12-month notice period while a replacement is found and a further announcement will be made in due course.
N Brown recently saw its chief brand officer Kenyatte Nelson leave the business.
Chief executive Steve Johnson said the move was part of its “simplification” of the business.
