Flexible payments provider Klarna is now available in-store at fashion brands Garage Clothing and Dynamite locations across Canada, the US and the UK.

The expanded partnership brings the payment flexibility customers already use online into more than 300 stores.

The retailers’ customers can now pay in full or divide eligible purchases into interest-free installments directly at checkout using the Klarna app.

Shoppers can scan a QR code with their phone at checkout and complete their purchase through the Klarna app using the available payment option that best suits them.

The payment option is now available in-store at all Garage and Dynamite locations in Canada, the US and the UK.

The launch “creates a more seamless experience across every way customers shop” and gives them “greater choice and control from browsing and fitting room try-ons through to final purchase,” according to Klarna.

It also marks a further step in Klarna’s ongoing push into physical retail.

The move comes after Lululemon recently introduced Klarna payments across its physical UK and German stores.

Klarna head of partner success US East Coast and Canada Lisa Robinson said: “Great checkout shouldn’t stop at the browser.”

“Garage and Dynamite shoppers can now enjoy the same choice and control in-store that they value online, making it even easier to shop for the styles they love in a way that works for them.”

Groupe Dynamite president and chief operating officer Stacie Beaver added: “Our customers expect shopping with Garage and Dynamite to feel inspiring, easy and seamless wherever they engage with us.”

“Expanding Klarna into our stores gives customers more flexibility and choice at checkout, while creating a consistent experience across our digital and physical channels.

We are excited to introduce this added convenience ahead of the important fall shopping season.”
