Lidl has launched a Christmas jumper rental service for shoppers, with profits being donated to the NSPCC.

Customers can rent a sweater for £2 per day via the fashion rental app By Rotation, with the scheme running until 31st December.

The rental collection contains all of the German discounter’s jumpers sold between 2020 to 2023, as well as three limited edition sweaters designed in collaboration with slow-fashion specialist Lydia Bolton.

The three jumpers, created using upcycled textiles, are inspired by pop culture Christmas icons and are available exclusively under the Lidl x By Rotation collection.

Lidl shoppers can rent a jumper for a minimum rental period of three days.
