McArthurGlen names new chief information officer

McArthurGlen has announced Phil Parry will take up the newly created position of chief information officer.

In his new role, Parry will lead the designer outlet operator’s technology operations and investments across its portfolio of 24 outlet centres in nine countries.

He will report to the McArthurGlen chief customer officer Tom Enraght-Moony.

“As McArthurGlen continues to invest in our technology infrastructure and team, Phil will be pivotal to our strategy of putting the customer at the heart of everything we do and maximising the performance of our brand partners by applying technology and data across the entire value chain,” Enraght-Moony said.

Prior to McArthurGlen, Parry was group head of digital delivery at Whitbread, whose brands include Premier Inn, Costa Coffee and a number of restaurants.

He has also previously held senior positions with Home Retail Group and Mercedes-Benz UK.
