McArthurGlen names new chief customer officer

Designer outlet shopping centre operator McArthurGlen has appointed Tom Enraght-Moony to the newly-created role of chief customer officer.

Enraght-Moony will be responsible for ensuring the company continues to deliver and evolve its service to customers and brand partners.

Enraght-Moony joins McArthurGlen with more than 15 years’ experience in driving business transformation and growth at tech-enabled consumer brands.

He was most recently chief executive at The Leisure Pass Group, one of the world’s largest providers of tourist city passes.

Other significant positions include five years as chief operating officer then chief executive of Match.com, and senior positions with US telco and wireless provider, Clearwire (now part of Sprint) and AT&T Wireless.

Enraght-Moony will sit on the McArthurGlen management board, and will report jointly to chairman JW Kaempfer and chief executive Julia Calabrese.

The appointment comes following a period of strong growth for McArthurGlen across Europe.

In the UK, where its headquarters are based in London, McArthurGlen operates six outlet centres.
