Majestic Wine has appointed Joshua Lincoln as its new chief customer officer, moving him across from Naked Wines.

According to Retail Week, Lincoln will move into Majestic‘s retail division as part of its plans to boost customer service.

Lincoln spent almost a decade at Naked Wines – which was acquired my Majestic Wine in April 2015 – with his last role there as its global sales and service director in the US.

He will report to Majestic Wine‘s retail managing director, John Colley.

Lincoln is not the only Naked Wines alumnus to move over to Majestic Wines. Its founder, Rowan Gormley, was named group chief executive shortly after the company was acquired by Majestic Wine.
