Wednesday, April 8, 2020 to launch 90-minute delivery service


Luxury fashion retailer has partnered with tech company On the dot to offer a new 90-minute and nominated one-hour delivery service available to customers in Greater London.

Starting from December 5, the new on-demand 90 minute delivery service allows customers to get their items within that time frame after making a purchase, while the specified hour service can be selected for a specific 1-hour timeslot on the day of purchase or up to a week later.

“This is a revolutionary moment for luxury retail, bringing the industry into the ‘buy now, wear now‘ era,” chief executive Ulric Jerome said.

“Customers will be able to order from their mobile phones at breakfast and have a new outfit ready to wear for their first meeting of the day. It will transform the customer experience.‘‘
