High street menswear retailer Moss Bros has hired Nick Reed as its new buying director.

Coming from a role as creative and design director at British suit retailer Charles Tyrwhitt, Reed will work to grow Moss Bros‘ sales, focusing on its online offerings.

He spent eight years at his former company, working his way up from a four-year stint as buying director, to his previous position as creative and design director which he held for three years.

Moss Bros recently announced it would push its rental offering, aiming to target younger shoppers who, instead of just hiring suits for weddings and black tie events, will “rent” suits for job interviews and everday needs.
