Boux Avenue has appointed a new merchandising director who will join from multinational retailer Marks & Spencer.

Rachel Harley was previously the head of merchandising for M&S’ lingerie group, and will bring “in-depth knowledge of the planning, buying and trading complexities associated with multichannel retailing”.

Harley will report to Boux Avenue chief executive Michael Kerr, who joined the lingerie retailer last August after a career at M&S.

“Rachel completes the new-look Boux Avenue management team and with her expertise will ensure that the brand is driven forward and reaches the next level through fresh ideas, products and energy,” Boux Avenue owner Theo Paphitis said.
