Superdrug has revealed it will have created 150 new jobs thanks to 13 new store openings over the summer.
The health and beauty retailer also said it will open the first ever Superdrug on the Channel Islands on August 15.
Since June, Superdrug has opened new stores in Glasgow Chester, Liverpool and Leeds and has plans for eight more in locations including Bolton, Newcastle and London.
The already-opened stores have created over 120 jobs, and the retailer has plans to open 14 additional stores by the end of the year.
It will also expand its Beauty Studio services, which will see a further 100 jobs created.
“Our new stores are on high streets, shopping centres and retail parks ensuring that we are in the right place for the customers when they need health and beauty essentials and services,” Superdrug property director Nigel Duxbury said.
